Sure Ithe Wa Vic.If you say so. Smiler

Be careful what you say or heck,what you think.

Death is certain but the Bible speaks about untimely death! Make a Personal reflection about this. Very interesting, read until the End.
It is written in the Bible (Galatians 6:7): "Be not deceived; God is Not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap."

Here are some men and women who mocked God:

JOHN LENNON: Some years before, during his interview with an
American Magazine, he said: "Christianity will end, it will disappear. I do Not have to argue about that. I am certain. Jesus was ok, but his subjects Were too simple, today we are more famous than Him" (1966). Lennon, after
Saying that the Beatles were more famous than Jesus Christ, was shot six Times.

TANCREDO NEVES (President of Brazil): During the Presidential
Campaign, he said if he got 500,000 votes from his party, not even God would Remove him from Presidency. Sure he got the votes, but he got sick a day Before Being made President, then he died.

CAZUZA (Bi-sexual Brazilian co! mposer, singer and poet): During a Show in Caneco ( Rio de Janeiro ), whilst smoking his cigarette, he puffed Out some smoke into the air and said: "God, that's for you." He died at the Age of 32 of AIDS in a horrible manner.

THE MAN WHO BUILT THE TITANIC: After the construction of the
Titanic, a reporter asked him how safe the Titanic would be. With an ironic Tone he said: "Not even God can sink it" The result: I think you all know What happened to the Titanic.

MARILYN MONROE: She was visited by Billy Graham during a
Presentation of a show. He said the Spirit of God had sent him to preach to Her. After hearing what the Preacher had to say, she said: "I don't need your Jesus". A week later, she was found dead in her apartment.

BON SCOTT: The ex-vocalist of the AC/DC. On one of his 1979 songs He sang: "Don't stop me, I'm going down all the way, down the highway to Hell". On t! he 19th of February 1980, Bon Scott was found dead, he had been Choked by his own vomit.

CAMPINAS/SP IN 2005: In Campinas, Brazil a group of friends, drunk, Went to pick up a friend. The mother accompanied her to the car and was So worried about the drunkenness of her friends and she said to the Daughter - Holding her hand, who was already seated in the car:
"MY DAUGHTER, GO WITH GOD AND MAY HE PROTECT YOU."
She responded: "ONLY IF HE (GOD) TRAVELS IN THE TRUNK, CAUSE INSIDE HERE IT'S ALREADY FULL". Hours later, news came by that they had Been involved in a fatal accident, everyone had died, the car could not be Recognized what type of car it had been, but surprisingly, the trunk was Intact.
The police said there was no way the trunk could have remained intact. To Their surprise, inside the trunk was a crate of eggs, none were broken.

Christine Hewitt: A Jamaican Journalist and entertainer, said the Bible (Word of God) was the worst book ever written, in June 2006 she was found Burnt beyond recognition in her motor vehicle.

Many more important people have forgotten that there is no other Name that was given so much authority as the name of Jesus. Many have died, But only Jesus died and rose again, and he is still alive.

JESUS!!!

"What benefit does it have, if a man gains the whole world but loses his Soul? What can man give in exchange of his soul?" (Matthew 16:26).

AMEN

Psalm 118
1 Give thanks to the LORD, for he is good;
his love endures forever.

2 Let Israel say:
"His love endures forever."

3 Let the house of Aaron say:
"His love endures forever."

4 Let those who fear the LORD say:
"His love endures forever."

5 In my anguish I cried to the LORD,
and he answered by setting me free.

6 The LORD is with me; I will not be afraid.
What can man do to me?

7 The LORD is with me; he is my helper.
I will look in triumph on my enemies.

8 It is better to take refuge in the LORD
than to trust in man.

9 It is better to take refuge in the LORD
than to trust in princes.

10 All the nations surrounded me,
but in the name of the LORD I cut them off.

11 They surrounded me on every side,
but in the name of the LORD I cut them off.

12 They swarmed around me like bees,
but they died out as quickly as burning thorns;
in the name of the LORD I cut them off.

13 I was pushed back and about to fall,
but the LORD helped me.

14 The LORD is my strength and my song;
he has become my salvation.

15 Shouts of joy and victory
resound in the tents of the righteous:
"The LORD's right hand has done mighty things!

16 The LORD's right hand is lifted high;
the LORD's right hand has done mighty things!"

17 I will not die but live,
and will proclaim what the LORD has done.

18 The LORD has chastened me severely,
but he has not given me over to death.

19 Open for me the gates of righteousness;
I will enter and give thanks to the LORD.

20 This is the gate of the LORD
through which the righteous may enter.

21 I will give you thanks, for you answered me;
you have become my salvation.

22 The stone the builders rejected
has become the capstone;

23 the LORD has done this,
and it is marvelous in our eyes.

24 This is the day the LORD has made;
let us rejoice and be glad in it.

O LORD, save us;
O LORD, grant us success.
Blessed is he who comes in the name of the LORD.
From the house of the LORD we bless you. The LORD is God,
and he has made his light shine upon us.
With boughs in hand, join in the festal procession
up to the horns of the altar.

You are my God, and I will give you thanks;
you are my God, and I will exalt you.

Give thanks to the LORD, for he is good;
his love endures forever.

Wagithuri ,Gaceri and everyone else who reads this.Be blessed You'all.And like Gacheri says,may the Love of Calvary be always with you.

Our Bank Account

A 92-year-old, petite, well-poised and proud man, who is fully

Dressed each morning by eight o'clock, with his hair fashionably combed and

Shaved perfectly, even though he is legally blind, moved to a nursing home

Today. His wife of 70 years recently passed away, making the move

Necessary.

After many hours of waiting patiently in the lobby of the nursing

Home, he smiled sweetly when told his room was ready. As he maneuvered his

Walker to the elevator, I provided a visual description of his tiny room,

Including the eyelet sheets that had been hung on his window. "I love it,"

He stated with the enthusiasm of

An eight-year-old having just been presented with a new puppy. "Mr. Jones,

You haven't seen the room; just wait."

That doesn' t have anything to do with it," he replied.

"Happiness is something you decide on ahead of time. Whether I like

My room or not doesn't depend on how the furniture is arranged .. it's

How I arrange my mind. I already decided to love it. "It's a decision I

Make every morning when I wake up. I have a choice; I can spend the day in

Bed recounting the difficulty I have with the parts of my body that no

Longer work, or get out of bed and be thankful for the ones that do.

Each day is a gift, and as long as my eyes open, I'll focus on the

New day and all the happy memories I've stored away. Just for this time

In my life. Old age is like a bank account. You withdraw from what you've

Put in.

So, my advice to you would be to deposit a lot of happiness in the

Bank account of memories! Thank you for your part in filling my Memory

Bank.

I am still depositing." Remember the five simple rules to be happy:

1. Free your heart from hatred.

2. Free your mind from worries.

3. Live simply.

4. Give more.

5. Expect less.

Faith comes by hearing/reading the word of God.. keep up the spirit and may The Holy Spirit give you divine revelation as you read His word.

Proverbs 3:6
In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths.

- We all need God's leading and guidance.
- God wants to do just that for us.
- This happens as we submit to God and acknowledge Him.
- Then we can know what it means to be directed by God.

PRAYER: Lord, I want You to be part of every aspect of my life. I need Your direction and guidance. I invite You to come and direct the different aspects of my life. Amen.

Have a great weekend.

The Our Father

Our Father, Who art in heaven,
Hallowed be Thy Name.
Thy Kingdom come.
Thy Will be done, on earth as it is in Heaven. Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our trespasses,
as we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil. Amen

'I WILL WRITE ON HIM THE NAME OF MY GOD.' REVELATION 3:12
When Rachel the wife of Jacob was dying in childbirth, she named her son Benoni, meaning 'Son of my sorrow.' In the Bible, names were prophetic; they were given to forecast destiny. So after the funeral Jacob announced, 'He shall not be called Benoni, son of my sorrow. He shall be called Benjamin, son of my right hand. He is my strength, not my sorrow!' And guess which name prevailed? Benjamin! You are who your Heavenly Father says you are. Try to remember that! Maybe you're like Hananiah, Mishael and Azariah. If you don't know them perhaps you'll recognize them by the heathen names King Nebuchadnezzar gave them: Shadrach, 'command of Aku' Meshach, 'pagan name;' and Abednego, 'servant of Nego.' These names expressed worship to heathen gods. The real names of the three Hebrew children, however, were Hananiah, 'Jehovah is gracious'; Mishael, 'Who is like God'; and Azariah, 'Jehovah has helped.' When the king threw them into the fiery furnace the names God called them prevailed. There's nothing like trouble to bring out your true identity! Aren't you glad you're not limited to public opinion? God's opinion will always prevail. The old king tried to change the name on the package, but he couldn't change the contents! Can you imagine these boys shouting when they came out of the fiery furnace? One would say, 'Who is like God?' Another would lift his hands and shout, 'Jehovah is gracious!' The other would smell his clothes, touch his hair and declare, 'Jehovah has helped!' So stand up, step out, go forward in the name that God has given you!

A friend of mine fwdd this to me and I just wonna share.
WHO GOD USES.
God, grant me the Serenity to accept the people I cannot change, the Courage to change the one I can, and the Wisdom to know it's me.

1. God wants spiritual fruit, not religious nuts.
2. Dear God, I have a problem, it's me.
3. Growing old is inevitable, growing UP is optional.
4. There is no key to happiness. The door is always open.
5. Silence is often misinterpreted but never misquoted.
6. Do the math. count your blessings.
7. Faith is the ability to not panic.
8. Laugh every day, it's like inner jogging.
9. If you worry, you didn't pray. If you pray, don't worry.
10. As a child of God, prayer is kind of like calling home everyday.
11. Blessed are the flexible for they shall not be bent out of shape.
12. The most important things in your house are the people.
13. When we get tangled up in our problems, be still. God wants us to be still so He can untangle the knot.
14. A grudge is a heavy thing to carry.
15. He who dies with the most toys is still dead.

May God Always Bless You and Yours! ....................

A good reason for visiting the prayer section.We learn alot from each other don't we?Praise be to God.

> In April, Maya Angelou was interviewed by Oprah on
> her 70+ birthday.
> Oprah asked her what she thought of growing older.
> And, there on television, she said it was
> "exciting." Regarding body changes, she said there
> were many, occurring every day...like her breasts.
> They seem to be in a race to see which will reach
> her waist, first.
> The audience laughed so hard they cried. She is such
> a simple and honest woman, with so much wisdom in
> her words!
> Maya Angelou said this:
> "I've learned that no matter what happens, or how
> bad it seems today, life does go on, and it will be
> better tomorrow."
> "I've learned that you can tell a lot about a person
> by the way he/she handles these three things: a
> rainy day, lost luggage, and tangled Christmas tree
> lights."
> "I've learned that regardless of your relationship
> with your parents, you'll miss them when they're
> gone from your life."
> "I've learned that making a 'living' is not the same
> thing as 'making a life'."
> "I've learned that life sometimes gives you a second
> chance."
> "I've learned that you shouldn't go through life
> with a catcher's mitt on both hands; you need to be
> able to throw some things back."
> "I've learned that whenever I decide something with
> an open heart, I usually make the right decision."
> "I've learned that even when I have pains, I don't
> have to be one."
> "I've learned that every day you should reach out
> and touch someone.
> People love a warm hug, or just a friendly pat on

> "I've learned that I still have a lot to learn."
> "I've learned that people will forget what you said,

"Hope of Heaven"

The disciples didn't want to believe it. Jesus tried to prepare them for the end, but wasn't getting through to his faithful followers. The time had come for Him to say just how bad it was going to get, and told them that one would even betray, and another would deny Him. Could Jesus see their despair? Was the doubt inscribed upon their faces? At the appropriate time, Jesus said:

"Do not let your hearts be troubled. Trust in God; trust also in me. In my Father's house are many rooms; if it were not so, I would have told you. I am going there to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to be with me that you also may be where I am. You know the way to the place where I am going." (John 14:1-4)

Beloved, I remember well the content of a favorite verse: "Earth hath no sorrow which heaven cannot heal."(Thomas Moore) The mere notion that our troubles upon this earth will one day be forgotten may be the best news we hear today, and may tempt us to slow down in our diligence. Just so we will not forget that we have work yet to be done upon the earth, let us remember that heaven is a prepared place. And it is for prepared people.
