Yep,that is the ideal situation but you can help be practical here.It is the brutal reality that IDPs are facing.They are acting on it and buying land where there is security in numbers! It is something that I wrote about and in the beginning of this post.Being a Kenyan in diaspora I know there things that just don't happen in Africa and thus my expectations and posturing is limited within the context!

Since ALL the mafias are busy stealing from every coffer, when would they have time to deal with this?

This is not their priority. Not now. Until the next elections when they can promise the pawns.

All that democracy, justice, rights and governance stuff is MOOT in the midst of tribal mafias running amok.

And we shouldnt complain that much. After all we voted (or at least ECK's rigging did) for them. We deserve the shytty leaders we got.
