it is not ok to rig elections. never has been.

if you look at most of Africa, chaos and civil wars mostly began after rigged election.

BUT IF YOU EVER RIG, DO IT VERY WELL WITHOUT BEING DISCOVERED AND BUY OFF ALL SUPPORT.

I can't help but wonder why people with the most simple questions (what AP is, chocobo plans, how to use skills) go through the hassle of coming online, creating a new topic and waiting for people to respond. Why not read the instruction manual or tutorial? Both include nice little pictures, they don't flame you, the manual has a nicely organized table of contents and the tutorial is just the click of a button away on any menu screen
