I hate shopping for a new bra because I can never find one that fits comfortably. I like bras that have some support and that won't show under a t-shirt. Are there any bras that you recommend?

It's difficult to recommend a particular bra because there are too many different brands, styles, and prices from which to choose. But, if you want a bra that will not show under a t-shirt then make sure the bra cups are seamless, made of smooth fabric, and lightly padded. Also, if you select a bra that is similar in color to your skin, it can be worn underneath all your clothing.

The most important key to finding a comfortable bra is having the right measurements. The Tyra Banks Show featured a segment on proper measurements for bra fitting (www.tyrashow.com). According to Tyra, most women (80%) wear the wrong bra size. Below are Tyra's tips for measuring bra size (band and cup):

Band Size: place your measuring tape just below your breasts and around your body. Once you have determined that measurement, add five to that number. If you get an odd number, round up. That new total represents your band size.

Cup Size: place the measure tape across the fullest part of your bust and around your body. Don't pull the tape tight, leave it a little loose across your breasts. Subtract this number from the Band Size figure. The difference determines your cup size as follows: Less than 1 inch = AA, 1" = A, 2" = B, 3" = C, 4" = D, 5" = E or DD, 6" = F or DDD, etc.

how i agree with that annoyed person about buying a comfortably fitting bra it can be such an uphill task!! i have also noticed just like shoes there are certain sizes like 40 or 5 depending on where they are manufactured from that are either too small while a similar no. from a nother country are bigger etc! i can see there the sizes are according in letters whereas here they are numbers like size 32, 40 etc!! so there again it varies.
