Bobi, One again, thanks for sharing you pics with us. But again forgive me for asking some questions. 1. In your comparison of Matatu and the Lobster van, were you only thinking of the likeness of the vehicles in terms of shape, or the likeness of the what the vehicles carry?
2. Where and when was the picture of the tram in Mombasa taken? How long is the ride? I would like to ride in one the next time I go to Mombasa.

What is in Mombasa that people love so much? It is beautiful scenary-yes but I also think that its just crazy life and money, one cannot have "peace" there. I've been there once, life was fast,I blinked and it was all over.
Not just Mombasa, but any ocean front is always beautiful and intriguing. I think its is the realization that you are at the boundary between two of natures greatest elements, water and earth.

I was rather thinking of the drawings both of them of animals coming out of the sea and very nice to eat and and of the the matatu and van being four wheeled transportation. I believe the lobster van is actually carrying lobster so I was not comparing what they carry. That comparison would rather be strange. :c), BoBi

It was taken in 2002 at fort Jesus. I don't remember from the photos what the vehicle was used for a long time ago. I'll check next time when I'm there. Going for a ride will be difficult :c). BoBi
