The factory's name is Giakaibii. It is close to Karatina town, before you reach Karatina town on Nairobi-Nyeri road.

Nini, oh my! that photo has joggled my memory and i remembered those days i used to pick coffee. we used to go to some activity called "gitati" to do exactly what that man is doing, drying the coffee beans. it used to be done without pay hence a kikuyu expression, "wira wa gitati". i happen to come from a neigboring division of mukurwe-ini division so i feel that old man.
Nini, You can run but you cannot hide. Now, I would certainly like to have some of your pictures, especially those that capture natural phenomena. Should I contact you through the info on your profile?

Aha, so you know the place. I have unfortunately no reason to go there anymore, in terms of people I know. The very old cucu I used to know passed away last year.
