The moment you take sport off the field to the boardrooms, defeat such as this one is bound to happen. But the girls owe us an explanation.Were they in any way sending a protest statement to the KV.. whatever? If so, was it justified, why embarass an entire nation because of a few jamaas? Did they "fluke" their way up? Did we pamper them more than was good for them??

They did not just embarass the country, they were the African representatives in that tournament! They are also the reigning African champions. If they were protesting and if they asked me, the most dignified way of protesting would have to perform exceptionally to prove a point.
