the kickoff match is this sunday.its going to be very competitive, so sad our Harambee stars didnt make it.It will be a time for the small boys like Benin and Cecafa champs-Sudan to show case their talent. i will put my money on Ivory coast.....
Too bad for us we can't get the matches one has to pay to watch online! Ghana has won,i think in their group,if a team loses a match,it is going to be difficult to qualify not unless it wins all the rest!

pole Ndugu.
Ghana won 2-1 but i think the ref rigged them in to the first goal.It shouldn't have been a penalty. Agogo should have been penalized for diving.BUT Muntari's Goal was a sweet one
Hata Hivo, Guinea did well. They almost neutralized Ghana's 'home advantage'

Wa Kihia, You can say that again! I thought that was a yellow card for Agogo for diving! In all fairness i was supporting Ghana but I thought the referee was suffering from the "host country syndrome". That Muntari goal reminded me of 2 goals he scored against Villa in the premiership, beautiful goals.
I predict another 2-1 for either side in today's match between Nigeria and Cote d'Ivoire

like i said, Ivory coast is the team to beat. They felled Nigeria and kept Nigeria's defence in panic in 2nd half.Nigeria has always considered themselves the brazil of Africa and that attitude and indivindualism wont let them go far.
I liked the way Kalou celebrated his Goal.

NGunjiri, Pole bana. it was hard to believe that the boys in Green jerseys were Cameroon. Egypt played a very nice game. Cameroons defence needs some fixing.
i want to believe they will rise again and shine

Wonders of the ACN: 1. Morocco out at the expense of Guinea! ubelievable. They seemed not to have any motivation yesterday against Ghana, they didn't push even when they were 1-0 down. Pole kwao.
2. Nigeria has not scored a goal in the tournament, they are now praying for CIV to beat Mali tonight and hope to bear Benin to qualify.
3. South Africa, host to World Cup in 2 years at the blink of elimination at group stage. What happened with Benny Mcarthy?

was it their juju? the boys managed to get to the last eight! the Elephants sure are going to get far on this one. or was it the lack of passion, for mali, to get to the last eight thats saw Nigeria sail through? Momo sissoko even had the guts to take off from training and run off to Italy to sign a contract with.... Juve?
So Ivory coast will lock horns with Guinea while Nigeria will meet Ghana its getting better and better

Surely Mali were a shadow of themselves in that game, never looked threatening. No wonder they allowed two goals. Nigeria have to up their game otherwise they will be walloped by Ghana.
CIV has played well in this tournament, scooping maximum points from the group stage. On paper, they should be able to beat Guinea in the quarters, but again, this is football, where yote yawezekana.
Ghana thru to the semis in a highly entertaining match. Nigeria could not take advantage of the one man they had extra after Ghana captain sent off. I think Ghana deserved the win, they really fought

woooiii, they walloped them 5-0! icio bao iraitikaga ta mbura. Guinea really missed the services of Pascal Feidonou in midfield and Drogba-Kalou combination gave them nightmares! I think with all due respect, CIV is the team to beat in this tournament. Cant wait for a Ghana-CIV clash in the final (a repeat of the historic 1992 epic)
