I do not see any value addittion/ weath creation in this scheme. My understanding is that you are borrowing from the layer below and paying 500 to the organisers for each layer. what happens at the point of sarturation the poor felas in the bottom layer are going to loose their money as there will be no 'takers'? you may make money if you are near the top (of the pyramid) but then you have your conscience to deal with latter.

The Deputy Speaker of Parliament, Ms Rebecca Kadaga, has threatened to arrest and prosecute Kenyan traditional surgeons who sneak into Bukwo, Kapchorwa and Amudat districts to circumcise young girls.

Ms Kadaga, who was on Monday presiding over celebrations to mark the Sabiny Cultural Day at Amanang Secondary School in Bukwo, said: “Female genital mutilation (FMG) must stop now to restore dignity of the girl child. I am warning you Kenyans that if you cross into Uganda to cut our young girls, we shall arrest and imprison you.”

Reports indicate that some parents have started inviting local surgeons from Kenya to circumcise their daughters, following the denunciation of the practice by several Ugandan traditional surgeons.
