Someone please advise the steps to register a company very fast.

write a letter addressed to the registrar of companies with the names of you wish to register this is for search purposes to make sure there no such other registered business as yours,this takes 2days,and 100ksh per name searched then once through pay 800ksh for registration and your certificate of registration.if its a company you need articles of association and such stuff but things have changed and its takes a very short time to do so.

I believe that BUSINESS NAME (your details only is enough) and LIMITED COMPANY (more than one director's details required) are searched separately and payments vary the later being a bit expensive. I'm not quite sure though.

JM alternatively, you can just pop into sheria house and get the information you need from registrar of companies office. Enquire at the receiption and you will be directed to the office. That simple.
