My name is Samuel Muujiza Maina Kimani. My father is from Kenya, and my mother is from the states. I have never met my father, but I was told that his name is George.
He came to the states around 1979-1980 (roughly) as a student (University of Washington I think) I know he was in the states till about 1986-1987 (roughly).
I am 22, I was born on October 26, 1984. He was married to my mother (her name was Christina Robinson) before being deported (the exact story, I dont know). He knows my Uncles, Arthur, John L., Tampa, and Evans. A host of Aunts, and also My grandmother Erma.
If there is anyway that you would be able to help me, please email me... mr.kimani@gmail.com
I am looking for any ways of finding my father, I know that Im starting kind of late, but its becoming more and more important to me by the day.
If you are an older Kenyan who was in the Seattle Washington area from 79-87(or know of anyone who was), please e-mail me. Again his name is George Kimani (I've been told a very common name) All I know is that he is from Nairobi (I dont know where about in the country he came from). Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank You
Signed, S. Kimani mr.kimani@gmail.com 1-804-263-1586

Samuel, Good to hear from you. I sincerely wish you all the best as you search for your beloved dad. Do you have any more details/leads that can assist, like address, place of work... you will find that most of the pple in Nairobi have migrated from the rural areas to come work. So if you can get a town besides Nairobi, that would be nice too. Do your uncles know any more information on your dad? Good luck
Thank you for your blessings. Unfortunatley, I dont know what rural area he came from. The only other info that I know about him is that he has a sister who also lives somewhere in the states (no name for her) and Im not sure if his birthday is the 1st and 10th of October (year Im not sure). None of my family members know anything else about him, and my Mother has since passed.
So Im really starting with a clean slate, again thank you for your blessings.

Good luck with your search. As Ngunjiri wa Wakuru suggested, it will be a lot easier if you can find out his rural area. In any event I hope someone on here will evenutually be able to put you in touch with your father.
Regards,
Boss
