-Iguru, rugongo and irathiro you mean north.
-Kianda, Ngurumo, ithuiro, Muhuro and itherero you mean south.

What do we call East and West in kikuyu?

Ndeithiririai nyumba.

East---Irathiro
West---Ithuiro
Im not sure but I think itherero could be West or maybe South?
