Am an ardent soccer fan and following the World Cup keenly. My favorite teams are (in that order):
1. All African teams (CIV, Angola, Ghana, Tunisia, Togo) 2. Brazil 3. Netherlands.
So far, am impressed by our African debutants CIV and Angola. They displayed soccer that said they are not push-overs. Many expected these teams to be thoroughly thrushed but were disappointed. Today is a big match; Gahna vs Italy. I will keep my fingers crossed and of course vouch for Ghana.
So far so good for African teams. Besides Kufour's that cost Ghana the 2nd goal against Italy, all the teams have been very impressive. To cap it all, Tunisia drew yesterday giving it some hope of progressing. Togo was also impressive against Korea but one could notice tracies of inexperience in a world football arena.
Bravo Ghana! You have saved the African honor. The USA were counting on beating you. In fact, the common beleif was that you were their easiest target. The Czechs had thought the same. They are now weeping in shame for underestimating you.
You have all our support as you proceed to the last 16.

Congratulations to Ghana for the far they have gone as debutant. Kesho (Tue) ni kesho, asemaye kesho kutwa ni muongo! I can see Ghana bothering Brazil and I predict a 2-1 win whichever team wins. We go be win this match oh!
