Hello my name is Brian Janssens and I am currently taking an cultural anthropology class at my local university.

An assignment we have been given is to pick a culture from the selected world region (my group's being Africa) and explore that culture in a manner that we see fit.

I have read papers on the the Agĩkũyũ culture, but with the internet I had the idea to try to get a personal description from someone immersed in the culture; someone who lives it everyday.

What I am basically looking for is a glimpse into the life of an individual from another country on the other side of the planet. I do however respect privacy, so nothing specific has to be mentioned.

Any help would be very much appreciated.
