Dear Nyumba;
Recently I have been thinking and wondering real hard....do women posses so much power over men? I mean the sight of a "skirt" just confuses even the most of powerful and intelligent men. Lets start with the historical Samson- he went down coz of Delilah. Clinton almost went down but his guardian angels worked overtime....recently Wolfwitz(sp) previously of the World Bank went down....lost a big big job coz of a mistress.

Really is it worth it as a man? Do men regret it or they are non-chalant about whole saga and life goes on.

I would never in a lifetime regret the risks i have taken just because of women.Some of them are even suicidal but amazingly,they further embolden you to take even bigger risks in life. For instance, you may want to hit on the most beautiful girl your best friend is dating. You try and succeed. What next?? The ambitious like myself will foolishly take the fight the fight to the next level-that is hit on your bosses' girlfriend or mistress. The gamble may payoff and the thought of getting even with a boss that you dont like may be really thrilling. That is a good challenge worth trying.

Anyway, i believe somewhere in a man's genetic makeup lies a dorminat gene that attracts men to women much the same way a moth get attracted to light. This is common to all men, i mean all men are victim of this natural malady.Like tigers and other carnivores will never touch a dead prey, men get the thrill to actually hunt/chase the prey.Maybe it is natures way of taming the "aggressiveness" of men.

It is a curse.Women have power and dominion over men only when those curves are still visible and the waist more or less wasp like.The moment the "lines of experience" show on her face, the power vapourises.May be other men need to share some light here.

And while at it, may be we can get a womans perspective as well. What is it that you do to make men risk soooo much just for........Lets start with you wakanyus

WaKanyus,Yes.We are powerful.But it is not the skirt.Remember Helen of Troy,Joan of Ark,etc.It is what we can do for the men.For starters,like James Brown said(God rest his soul in eternal peace)Women have the power to make a better man out of a good man.

i doubt if our grandpas risked that much for women.Back then, women were a symbol of wealth. the more you have the more wealthy you are(believed to be). i think its a bug that has hit on the 'modern' man to try and please the woman just to regret later. I dont think women are powerful, they are manipulators! Men dont know how to manipulate and this where they fail.The so called beautiful girl or mistress will try to create the impression that she is cute,hot, irresistible and will go on to manipulate the poor man.He will leave his caring wife and follow this 'devil' to hell.
I dont think men are manipulated by women because they(men) are weaker.No. its because men like challenges. a woman will come struting all her 'wares' and swinging her 'proudly African' behind and juggle it in the poor guys face.Now that's a challenge that the man will want to show his prowess in conquering 'foreing land'and make it his.But all along, the woman had it all laid down in a plan. these manipulators!!

Paka; I can honestly say I make no effort....I am Wakanyus and from what I gather my personality is what attracts people. I Thank my parents for good genes ...I dont go out of my way to attract anyone; they just come running.
