2. Those who registered interest to receive the t-shirts to pay a
50% deposit (ksh. 300) so that we may put in a deposit with the printers. A deadline to pay this amount was set for
Friday, March 16, 2007 to allow ample time for printing. The point of contact for this is Kariuki wa Kihia.
Trip to Nakuru:1. People will depart from Nairobi as a group on April 14, 2007 morning. The departure time will be decided as time progresses. This was to allow pple coming from Mombasa and other regions time to travel.
2. The itinerary of that week-end to be deliberated later as we near the date and after consulting with Wanji, our hostess.
3. People were requested to carry "rigu" na "kiandarua gia gukomera" (if you know what I mean)
AOB1. Titus brought very nice hats to those who were present. It was a lovely site when we all donned those hats. We left a mark at Eateries (sorry folks, no photos available!). He promised to avail more for the trip.
2. Mukaburu made a huuuuuge mistake for bringing us "athoni" and didn't introduce them to us. He was fined a "mburi ya thinjo" by the kiama instantly. He promised to pay it in Nakuru.
