What do you people feel is your suuggestion on the idea that id cards should now be issued once our siblings hit 16. I feel it is still too young considering that ADOLESCENCE is such a "wanting stage". If at 16 we were in form 3, and still felt such "grownups".....! Even if it were effected let us pray for our siblings that they may not feel that then they have become independent as not to listen to their elders.
