we are planning to have a meeting soon possibly next week to layout the programme. All will be informed on what we'll discuss and the date of the visit.

Meeting held on 22/05/2008 at Sand ton Hotel
Present - Wa Thiga, Ngechi, Kui, Hedimeni, Wangu WA makeri, Kihia
Apologies- Ngunjiri, Ruki, Mbugua wa Wambui.

Meeting started at 6.30
The following were delegated.
It was reported that members have agreed to change the Venue of the Visit.
Members present suggested that full house should be involved in getting other needy homes, especially in slum dwelling areas where we can also visit the orphans, home for the aged, etc”
It was also noted that all members even the guests should be encouraged to participate in this project with suitable suggestions
Wa Thiga reported that the pledges should continue, as per previous agreement.
Members present pointed out 28th of June as the possible date to visit the suggested home.
Therefore the house should come up with a suitable place to visit by the 14th of June.
Next meeting on 14th of June 2008.
