Papa Daad, Thanks for reminding us that our own iniquities prevent us from casting stones unto Wanjiru. As I read through your post, I was almost shouted “Amen” but before the words left my keyboard, my antennas were up.
On second thought, I came to see that we have all the reason to cast aspersion on Wanjiru’s sincerity. You see, when Jesus told Peter to take care of his sheep, that might have been his greatest mistake. Jesus named him the rock and promised to build his church upon that rock. He then added “I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven. Whatever you bind on earth shall be bound in heaven; and whatever you loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven”
Upon this belief, the Catholics regard Peter as the Pope. As you well know, this commission was misinterpreted by the early Popes who decreed that the Pope’s words are infallible since they had been given that power by Christ. They could even sell indulgences here on earth to buy heavenly salvation. Didn’t they have the key? It was not until the Martin Luther’s protest and the subsequent reformation that their infallibility was exposed. Were we living in those times, Pope Benedict would not have apologized to the Moslem for his unfortunate words.
If we are to justify Peter, David, Wanjiru, and the rest leadership in church, then we must agree that the church is founded on a very weak foundation. After reading your post, I could not help wondering how the church could have been had Jesus left the Key to John. Maybe the whole world would be Christianized by now. Making fishers of men out of doubters, jailbirds, former witches is a very big mistake. Wanjiru might have tried to reform from her evil ways, but she failed to exorcise herself completely, because we now know that she was driven there by other motives. And what is worse, she is claiming that she is wining Starehe for Jesus.
In the New Testament, Jesus says more that once “My kingdom is not of this world” but Wanjiru is bent on winning her earthly kingdoms. My take on this is that Wanjiru has deviated from Jesus’ mission. All along, she has been a fraud.
A certain mzee once told me that a donkey may graze among the cows in the pastures, buy when it time comes, it will surely bay, and people will know that there is donkey among cows. Wanjiru’s time to bay has come, and we now know her true colors.
You have spoken about the gifts of the holy spirit and my reply would be that gifts must bear fruits. We know a good tree because it its fruits. In Galatians 5:22, Paul outlines the fruits of the Holy Spirit. They are love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control. Looking at Wanjiru, I find none of these fruits.

Good people, I may not have the moral authority to criticise wanjiru, but something (divine or evil) tells me i should pick a huge stone and cast it unto wanjiru and her fellow televangelists.
I watched her the other sunday, but she didnt look remorseful at all.But what schocked me almost to death were thousands of jubilant worshippers who thronged her "sanctuary", ejaculating all manner of platitudes in praise of their "messiah".I can bet her bank account was several millions fatter as "brethrens"competed to "plant the seed",in the hope of being showered with blessing.
Sadly, i can envision majority of these faithfuls walking quetly back home, in the emptiness of their houses, probably with no food, fare and school fees while the "Dr Bishop, most reverend and blessed wanjiru, Founder, proprieter and the only most annoited leader of JIAM), pursue a most sumptous supper and wine in the comfort of her house.
In Wanjiru, i see the end of time. The prophecy about them false prophets has come to pass.
Wanjiru Ashindwe!!!!!!!!

Papa Daad, The headline would not worry me if I know that I am fulfilling a mission. You see, we worry so much about our public profile that we lose sight of our mission. Hosea, endured the laughs and all the foulmouthing because he only cared about serving the one who sent him. Evrything else came second.
I will not try to remove anything from what you have said, because there is nothing to be refuted, but we must begin from Somewhere.
Wanjiru has turned her back from her godly mission. Whhen Hosea's wife ran away, God instructed him to get her back, not to abandone her, because he wanted to teach people something about his forgiveness. Similarly, God saved the Israelites from Egypt, gave them maana when they were hungry, gave them water out of a stone in teh desert, vanquished all their enemies, and in spite of all that love, they made golden calf, worshipped idols, killed his prophets, and did many other ungodly things. The Israelites prostitution with worldly iniquities was not because of lack of God's love. Hosea's story is therefore an illustration of how Israelites were abandoning god's secure love for wordly vanities. (similar to what Wanjiru is doing)
But God wished to show that he is always forgiving in spite of their sins. Even if the sins are as red as scarlet, Jesus forgives. The prodigal son can run and waste his inheritance, but once he realizes his mistake and repents, he is accepted back into the fold. But what does Wanjiru do?
She realised that she has erred, but her arrogance does not lead her to repentance, instead, she go on sinning and showing more arrogance. I am not well versed in Christianity, but an analogy is that when you start falling into a hole, you try to get out, not to dig yourself in deeper.
Wanjiru is not beyond salvage, but as long as she is not ready to repent, as long as she places her public profile above God, I am sorry to say she is doomed.
It is so bad when Kamangu, the jigger-infested drunkard comes out as the humber guy while the Bishop spits fire and brimestone. She is like the Pharisee who went to pray and rather than humbling himself before God, he began boasting how good and holy he was ulike the tax-collectors who was crying his heart to god and repenting his sins just nearby. Finally, whose prayer did God hear?
Papa, Daad, if I have misquoted, forgive me, but you are not helping Wanjiru by removing the blame from her. It is your rebuke that will help her reform and go back to the path of true salvation. This message has been edited. Last edited by: sajini,

papa daad at least ill support u 2day,those people who blames wanjiru totally let them take her role and papa bear me witness it will be only two wks,and scandals will follow them.Wanjiru is human my friends its only that he rebuked the devil in the language which was not that polite?
It is fruitless to attempt to indoctrinate a superannuated canine with innovative maneuvers.
Papa Daad, na Wangu, All of us cannot be judged on the same scale because we are not endowed with the same talent. We criticise Wanjiru not because we are better than she is, but because she is covering her lamp, i.e, not trading her talent the way it should.
Leadership is a talent, and talents comes with responsibility. The argument that others are also inadequate does not work for the leader.
The Kikuyus say, "iri guthua ndongoria...." Wanjiru is limping, and the rest of the herd will not reach the pastures. If any other sheep limps, it will not prevent others from reaching the pastures because the leader is there. The leading sheep must not limp because when that happens, there is chaos and confusion, and woe unto the whole herd.
