nini, can you tell us your view of what should be the appropriate justice and whether you have an idea of the guilty culprit?

Sure.
The justice to pray for, and that might bring democracy back, would probably be:
- a credible, independent and impartial investigation into the issues arising from the elections
- to determine whether a re-run of the elections is necessary
- if so, to provide a time-frame for recommendations on the structure of government up until the re-run

As for the culprit's (plural) I would name the most of top ruling class.
Kibaki and his friends does not seem to understand that the masses don't accept the rigging and the opposition have to tell their followers to go for non-violent actions.
