I don't understand the Internal Security Ministry's pre-emptive decision to retain the PA. I thought the new constitution was clear on the structure of government.

Normally when an enterprise shuts down, employees are asked to go home look after their goats. Are these guys special?

It just goes out to show how powerful these guys (pc's dc's..) are. They wont let a mere document make them pack and go.

They're courting a revolution. Once the citizens get fed up with this nonesense they'll just storm these unconstitutional offices and literally throw these fraudsters out.
