If you are 14 years, it is worse, adolescent, and the peers. would you want to spend time with your boring parent or go to play with your friends.

Let children be. If you feel so lonely, go visit your buddies, or remarry.

Sajini; when i say company I dont mean always. Sometimes is good enough. When I was a kid I remember enjoying my parents company ALOT! My dad coz of gicagi stories and I remember my mum used to love-she still does love country music; we would sing and sing away. It really depends with the parent....if they are the harsh type be sure ur compnay is torture to the kids. As a parent its important that u learn ur kids and how are you goin to do that if you dont spend time with them??? Eeker

Wakanyugi,
There is no different between detaining kids so that you can have their company and the reasons we keep pets. You keep pets not because you love them, but because for your vanity. A kid is better off playing with fellow kids, but you should give him/her the love s/he needs.

Although there are some kids who may prefer to hang out with maperoz, I consider this dangerous because of the dangers of eavesdroping, or participating in talks too mature for their comprehension.

Big Grin Big Grin

To me, it is absolutely necessary to have kids. I'll be having my eighth (8) kid by next year and i aint tire till i heat the ceiling Big Grin

Waweru stop lying! Washa kuhenania.
I will say this as long as i write in this forum- there is nothing as wonderful as kids in your life. They bring such unexplainable joy when you look at them and all that's written in them is: innocence. Oh how nice to have kids.

Sajini,
It's a personal choice to or not to have kids but my personal opinion is these are missing out on so much. It's quite fulfilling to have some little ones calling you daddy or mami. It's outa this world I tell you...
