Not hard. The blame cannot be put on anyone. He was just as "under age" as she was. Why isn't there a problem with,say a 20 year old having sex with a 60 year old? Both may be of age but like the 17 - 15 case; shouldn't the 60 year old guy be charged with, i dunno, defilement?
No way, Even a 80 year old and an 18 year old is considered legit. An 18 year old is considered adult enough to make mature decisions. Very different from an under 18. It is not about age proportions, but the legal limits

according to me i think there is nothing like underage.reason age is just difference in numbers.look here guys,what do you say when an 85 years grand ma marrying 40 years chali?.ebu just calculate age difference.
